===== Expression vs. repression discordance =====

An example Python source code to calculate the discordance score is provided {{ :research:discordance.zip |here}}

'discordance.py' can be run with a command line tool. 

e.g. >>> python discordance.py -i example_input.txt -o output.txt -s hg19 

'repressive_hg19.txt' and 'repressive_mm10.txt' are repressive tendency score tables for human and mouse respectively. 

More details are included in 'discordance.py'.
